The Community Program at Bethell Hospice offers a wide variety of supports and services for individuals living with a life-limiting illness, their caregivers and the bereaved, within their own residence and in an office setting.
Our professional team of Social Workers and Spiritual Care & Grief Counsellors are available to provide whole-person care and support at any stage of a life-limiting illness, right from the time of diagnosis, as well as for those who are caring for them. Our professional team also provides grief and bereavement support to individuals who have experienced the death of a loved one. Services are available to children, teens, adults and seniors, and are available both one-on-one and in group settings. Trained hospice volunteers are also available to provide a variety of holistic services, as well as offer companionship through in-home visiting.
All services and programs are provided at no cost. There are no fees to participate in any of our community programs, and no one is ever denied care due to their financial situation.
