SUMMARY:Art Therapy for Grieving Adults
DESCRIPTION:This four-week group helps participants to process grief and loss through the use of art supplies\, providing the opportunity to explore thoughts and emotions that are difficult to put into words. Artistic talent not required – just a desire to share your experience with others and learn how to integrate your loss into your new normal. \nThe group begins January 20 and meets weekly on Wednesdays from 7:00 – 8:30 p.m. for four sessions (January 20 – February 10). Register early. Upon registration\, necessary program materials will be delivered to you. \nThis group is being held virtually through the online platform Zoom Meetings. Internet access and a device with a camera is required to participate. Group facilitators can assist registrants prior to the start date to set up their free Zoom account. Thanks to the generosity of our donors\, there is no cost to participate\, but registration is required. \nThis group is facilitated by Louise Sallese\, MDiv and Aldona Morrison\, BA\, B.Ed\, D.
