SUMMARY:Art Therapy Thursdays - Painting Grief
DESCRIPTION:An opportunity to explore grief through the creative arts.\n\n\n	Facilitators Linda Hochstetler (Registered Social Worker) and Melanie Brakel (Art Therapy Student) invite you to explore the healing properties of engaging in the creative arts. No experience in art-making required! Open to anyone who is experiencing or has experienced grief.\n \n\n	Art therapy offers a safe\, non-judgmental space and is inclusive of all art-making abilities. Art Therapy Thursdays offers participants the opportunity to engage in simple directives aimed at exploring grief.
