Feelings of worry\, apprehension\, dread\, sadness and hopelessness are common during these times.  The good news\, is that there are many strategies you can use to help reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression \nJoin us for an interactive hour of learning.  Participants will gain a better understanding of what anxiety and depression are\, how they each present during times of illness related stressors\, and how to cope in a healthy way.
