Legacy work are activities that help people feel connected to one another, even when they are physically apart. The purpose of legacy work is to initiate reflection and sharing of memories. It is a practice that can often bring comfort to those dealing with chronic illness, long hospitalizations, or end-of-life. It involves purposefully creating something for the people you love and care about, and in this way, it isn’t about death and dying, it’s about life and living.
Join us to explore more about the value of legacy work, who should do it, and when. Participants will also gain practical ideas and activities for completing legacy work.
