This four-week group will use music to safely and purposefully address client goals within physical, social, emotional, and spiritual domains. The group will focus on fostering group connection, expressing emotions through music, and strengthening self-care resources. Based on group interest, music experiences could include singing, listening to music, music and mindfulness, songwriting and playlist writing.
The group begins January 7 and meets weekly on Mondays from 3:00 – 4:00 p.m. for four sessions (January 7 – 28). This group is being held virtually through the online platform Zoom Meetings. Internet access and a device with a camera is required to participate. The group facilitator can assist registrants prior to the start date to set up their free Zoom account. Thanks to the generosity of our donors, there is no cost to participate, but registration is required.
This group is facilitated by Naomi Ben-Aharon, MTA. For more information or to register, contact Kaylen Leonienco at 905-867-0369 or kleonienco@bethellhospice.org
