Lunch & Learn – Psychosocial Conversations by PPS

In preparation for a workshop presentation at the HPCO conference in April, our team will present the results of a qualitative research study conducted at Bethell Hospice. The research focussed on the psychosocial needs of residents and family members and the conversations being conducted by social workers.  A pattern of themes based on PPS emerged and can be used to train psychosocial conversations for all staff and volunteers engaged with end of life conversations.
